This is undoubtedly one of the fairs of food and beverage products with organic certification. Of course, for us it is an essential event. It is for us the heart of our engine. Not only to achieve healthy products, which is already in the conscience of all consumers, among which, of course, we include ourselves, but also to achieve authentic flavors, using only the most natural and essential ingredients to elaborate our recipes. This offers a taste and textures that we thought we had forgotten.
Our stand caught many curious glances. We love our image and as you recognize us for the first time, we believe that it identifies us and endorses us, we are a young, dynamic company, we move by impulses of the heart and we focus on our products with reason to offer the best possible. We are glad that our brand is so well liked outside our borders, because our projection is international, we want to be all over the world! We are working on it, hehe...
It has been an intense fair, full of people, a perfect setting to receive the feedback to our products, which has been wonderful. Of course there was a tasting of all of them, especially the oil caught our attention, of course, in Spain we have one of the most wonderful and cared oil productions, olive trees that feed on sun and earth and from them sprout the olives that offer us the Spanish gold, it could not be less.

And preserves, especially artichokes. We are quite curious, but we like our artichokes very much because they are used to recipes, elaborations with very different flavors, not so natural and with so much flavor of its main ingredient: the artichoke.

It has been a fantastic fair for us, we took a lot of experiences and knowledge with us. We will tell you "quietly" that we are testing new product lines, we leave here a glimpse but it is a "work in progress", we are working on it, but we will keep you promptly informed. In addition we will soon have surprises in our catalog.
Finally, we were finalists in the Innovation Awards 2022 of the Nordic Organic Expo, undoubtedly an honor to share the stand with products of such high category in which we see ourselves reflected, and to be there in such a prominent position among the thousands of participating products, but we will tell you more about this in another post. Let's go for the next fair!
