Spring Dishes '23 with Chef J.Muñoz and Onesimum

At Onsesimum, we are delighted to offer the chronicle of what was an amazing gastronomic day that took place recently and in which we were not only diners, but also participants. At the inauguration of the recently released spring of 2023, the renowned gastronomy expert Pilar Carrizosa organized a new edition of "Healthy Gourmet Seasons" in Madrid, where the best exponents of Spanish gastronomy were presented. Chef Juanma Muñoz Vera, advisor and executive chef of Don Raimundo in Seville, was in charge of the traditional showcooking that took place at the headquarters of the Association of Chefs and Pastry Chefs of the Community of Madrid (ACYRE).

In this event, the chef presented an imaginative and daring cuisine that combined traditional and modern products with a philosophy of simplicity that seeks to find complexity in simplicity. Accompanied by several of our products, creativity and a point of unusual freshness, which surprised all the attendees were shown in a wonderful and cordial evening. Onesimum was present and was part of the ingredients that were part of the dishes presented.

At Onesimum, our line of certified organic and sustainable artisan cookies has been carefully developed to offer healthy eating for everyone, including vegan and gluten-free options. We have recently launched a new line of gluten-free cookies in four delicious flavors, such as hemp, apple and date, vanilla and orange, cinnamon and lemon, and oatmeal with cocoa. They will be available in our online store soon.

Our entire line is lactose-free, and naturally vegan, such as quinoa, cinnamon and lemon, spelt, vanilla and orange, and orange, turmeric and ginger cookies. Our cookies have been tested by a tasting panel and have been noted for their soft and perfect texture. We are proud to bring our tradition and innovation to an international level in countries such as the Netherlands, Denmark, Mexico, the United States and the United Arab Emirates.
